Types of Non-Keyed Shafting

Versa-Mount stocks popular items of shafting and has many types for which to choose. The types are as follows in non-keyed:

• 1018 Cold Rolls in 20-foot sections
• 1045 TGP (Turned Ground and Polished) in 24-foot sections
• 1144 TGP (Turned Ground and Polished) in metric OD 20-foot sections (20mm to 65mm)
• Various 4140 grade material
• 303 Bearing Grade Stainless Steel in 12-foot sections
• 304 Bearing Grade Stainless Steel in 12-foot sections

Shafting Lengths in Stock in 1018 CR and 303 SS

• 3 ft
• 4 ft
• 6 ft
• 8 ft
• 10 ft
• 12 ft

Shafting above 12 ft will have to be keyed. Allow up to a week to ship. Shafting in 1045 TGP, 1144 TGP, 4140, and 304 SS will be keyed upon purchase order. Allow up to three (3) days to ship.
